About you

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Nudge platform who wishes to play a strong contributing role in the development and management of our Nudges.

Our product consists of two elements: an “Insight” platform and a “Nudge” platform. The Insight platform is a cloud-based web UX where clients and their internal coaches can discover, analyse and investigate their behavioural biases. We sometimes refer to this as the diagnosis phase of the customer journey.

The Nudge platform involves a menu of highly customisable notifications with calls to actions, tailored to each client based on the outcome of the Insight analysis. We sometimes refer to this as the treatment phase of the customer journey.

The Product Manager for Nudges will be primarily responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Nudge platform in conjunction with the Chief Product Officer, and ensuring execution on that strategic direction. This will involve developing and maintaining the roadmap for the Nudge platform in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, communicating the roadmap with stakeholders, and working with our engineering department to build features and capabilities that execute on the vision, all with the overarching goal of maximising engagement of clients with our Nudges.

This position would suit someone with 3+ years of experience working on or around a product with a behavioural or psychology emphasis, who is excited by the prospect of breaking new ground in the treatment of behavioural bias in the investment industry. Whilst specific product experience is preferable, someone with a clear background in and passion for behavioural science who is organised and a good communicator will be a success in this role.

  • Developing strategic direction for the Nudge platform in conjunction with the Chief Product Officer

  • Working with engineering to prioritise and execute on the features required to realise the strategic vision

  • Developing and maintaining a roadmap for the Nudge platform, and communicating the roadmap with all stakeholders

  • Directing the Research department to deliver feasibility assessments and develop proofs of concept for new features

  • Working with stakeholders (operations, customer success, customers, sales and marketing) to ensure the smooth rollout of new features and capabilities, including developing appropriate training and publicity

  • Measuring KPIs for the platform, including engagement, and effectiveness of the feature development choices

  • Gathering feedback and feature requests from users and incorporating those into the roadmap

  • Continuously improving our internal practises and processes

Requirements

Do you have these skills and experiences to draw on?

  • 3+ years working in or around a product with a heavy behavioural or psychology emphasis

  • Background in behavioural science, psychology, neuroscience or related field

Whilst not required, the following experience will be helpful in the role:

  • Finance experience, particularly hedge funds and asset management

  • Familiarly with Kanban

Benefits

  • Cycle to work scheme.

  • Pension contribution.

  • Private healthcare.

  • Monthly socials plus whole Company Summer and Holiday parties.
